Simple Notes and Guidelines
RESERVATIONS: Spa services are available by appointment. When making
your appointment, please advise us if you are pregnant or under a physician’s care.
FIRST VISIT: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment
to complete a customer profile.
LATE ARRIVALS: Please try to arrive early for your service(s) as
we cannot guarantee late arrivals an extension of scheduled treatment time.
CANCELLATIONS: Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel appointments.
We reserve the right to charge late cancellations and no-shows 50% of the scheduled treatment
cost. Appointments are reserved by credit card.
TIPPING: Gratuities are entirely at your discretion. For your convenience envelopes are
provided at the front desk.
CELL PHONES & PAGERS: As a courtesy to all of our spa customers and to maintain a tranquil
environment, we request that all cell phones and pagers be de-activated.
CHILDREN: Spa service clients must be at least 10 years of age.
Because we strive to provide a soothing milieu, children may not be left unattended in the shop.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & ATTIRE: Please dress as comfortably as possible. We have changing
rooms and provide robes and limited locker space; however, we cannot be responsible for loss
or damage to personal items.
INTEGRITY: Our spa staff meets licensing and certification requirements
as defined by the state boards of North Carolina. We will provide a listing of our therapists’
credentials and their license numbers upon request.
TREATMENT TIMES: All treatments of 60 minutes or more include ten
minutes of consultation time. All 30-minute treatments include 5 minutes of consultation time. |
